5 Questions with Mark
Does taking risks come naturally to you?
Well sort of but in my mind I look at it as "having a go" I do take risks but I'm calculated and I alway know I have a very high chance of achieving it!
Does your sport ever scare you?
Yep for sure!
If yes, then how do you manage this fear?
It's all about preparation for me, the more work I do the more I can convince myself that I'll be ok! Sometimes when I have that sic feeling of fear i just tell myself to deal it with and just recite the outcome I want over in my head as soon as it's go time!
What is the one thing you would recommend to others on fear management?
Put in the work before hand, it will give you the inner strength to push on.
